Quick-frozen green peas are harvested and then threshed and refrigerated. The green peas were finely sorted and classified beforehand, and then cooled immediately after being rinsed in hot water at 93° C. for 90 seconds, and then the peas were again washed and subjected to freezing treatment. Conditional FLO freezer can also be used. The principle is to drive peas at a temperature of -37°C, to advance at a certain speed along the air flow, and to overflow from the other end after 13 minutes. Each pea is uniformly frozen, then packaged and stored in a cold storage at -29°C.

Dehydration of green peas first mastered the harvest time of green peas and harvested 18-20 days after flowering. Conditional use of tenderness meter, the tenderness meter reading 100-105 is the most appropriate. Harvested peas should immediately cool to 4°C and keep the grain surface dry. Peas should be washed before dehydration. After rinsing, appropriate amounts of salt and sucrose should be added. Then the seed coat should be punctured or cut with a process. Dehydration treatment, commonly used through-belt dryer and tunnel dryer drying. When drying with a through-conveyor drying method, the temperature generally does not exceed 101° C. in the first stage of the inlet, 91° C. in the second stage, and 85° C. in the third stage. At the time of export, it is generally required that the moisture content be reduced to 15%, and it is best to put it in a desiccator for storage and dry for 4 hours, and the water content further drops to about 10%. After removal from the desiccator, classification and grading according to grain size and color were carried out to remove too small and cracked beans. Qualified beans are packaged in bags with aluminum foil for moisture protection and sale.
